Düsseldorf has two Airports, Düsseldorf International (DUS), which is the third largest airport in Germany, and Düsseldorf Weeze (NRN), favoured by the low-cost carriers.

Getting to Düsseldorf


DUS - The airport has two rail stations, Düsseldorf Terminal for the S-Bahn (S11) for connections to Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhof and Düsseldorf Flughahen for ICE and Regional Express services


NRN - Bus services leave to/from Düsseldorf city centre regularly and take around 75 minutes. There is also a shuttle bus connection to the airport from Weeze rail station.

Düsseldorf has an integrated public transport system incorporating bus, tram and underground rail system.


The Hauptbahnhof provides local, regional and national rail services.
